Online Payment Options

We offer completely secure online payment through Moneris (formerly eSELECT Plus). You can pay for your order with Interac Online or Visa or MasterCard.

Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been processed, and one when it has been shipped. Our shipping department is open 9-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada for most of our products. A special Large Package shipping fee of $50 will apply to certain products - products will be labeled with this notice in their description. We cannot ship internationally at this time.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Blackbridge Harley-Davidson. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Saturday, and 11am-3pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@blackbridgeharley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

No returns on helmets, electrical parts, audio, painted parts, body jewelry and undergarments. All sales on these items are FINAL. Exchanges must have original receipt, tags and packaging. No refunds or exchange on items after 15 days. A 25% restocking fee is applicable on special order items and subject to inspection. All sales on discounted/sale Parts and Accessories are FINAL sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges on these items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@blackbridgeharley.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
