Waterloo Region has been placed in the Red Zone of Ontario’s COVID Reopening Framework.
Starting Tuesday February 16:

- The Service Dept. remains open by appointment only at this time
So what are the rules?
- Wear a mask at all times inside the dealership
- Keep 2 metres, or 1 Fat Boy apart from other staff and customers
- Maximum in-store capacity of 20 customers at a time – if we are at capacity, you’ll be asked to wait in line outside
- While waiting outside to come in, please still practice social distancing
- Sanitize your hands at the station in the foyer when you enter. Additional sanitizer is available at all counters
- Leave Curbside Pickup parking spaces open for guests using curbside pickup
- If you are experiencing any symptoms, please delay your visit until you are sure you are well – we have plenty of virtual options for you!
