Message From Our Owner - We're Here To Assist You

I just wanted to send you well wishes during these unusual times. As you likely know by now, Waterloo Region has been placed in the grey Lockdown tier of the province’s colour-coded COVID-19 pandemic response system, starting December 26 and lasting for 28 days at a minimum. 

We’ve made sure our shop and showroom and related business processes meet the rigorous safety standards laid out by public health to protect the safety of our customers and our staff. 

While this may mean our retail showroom is currently closed for in-store shopping, we continue to be here for you, and to provide you with safe, easy options to help you with any need! As of the 26th: 

SALES SHOWROOM

Our sales showroom is open by appointment. Whether you want to check out some of our inventory in person, value a trade-in, or find out what bike is perfect for you, we can assist. To connect with our sales team to book your appointment, you can:

Looking to finance? We’ve gone virtual! You can submit your credit app through our secure digital portal, and we’ll contact you to discuss your options and create the best plan for you! Get Financed Here.

PARTS & CUSTOMIZATION

Our parts team is fully staffed and ready to assist you with your part orders, help with your current project, or answer questions about customization, performance, fit and function. You can reach our parts staff during business hours by phone at 519-893-0493 x 4, or –

  • Did you know? We have one of the largest selections of parts and accessories available on our online store! Your order can be scheduled for curbside pickup during business hours, or shipped anywhere in Canada for a special $1 flat rate during the month of January!

Ordering new gear, the perfect gift, or just getting in some retail therapy is a breeze between our online store or direct order options.
