30 July 2022 11:00 - 14:00
Suicide Prevention & Mental Health Awareness Ride.
Many of us have lost someone to suicide or know someone who is struggling with thoughts of suicide. We want you to know you are not alone. Stay strong to fight another day. Together we ride to send a message of hope to those affected by suicide and depression. All storms end with the rising of a new dawn.
The Ride will start at Blackbridge Harley Davidson with coffee before KSU at 11:00 am. We will ride up to Rocky’s Harley Davidson for lunch, where a food truck will be waiting for us. Each registered rider will get a ticket for a free lunch from the food truck. There will also be raffle prizes and a 50/50 draw.
All proceeds will go to Project Dragonfly, which provides outreach and support to those affected by suicide and depression. Project Dragonfly was created as a place and a means to share stories and find hope, courage, strength and a sense of community. It was created by fellow rider KimberleeAnna Taplay (‘KAT’) from Brantford, ON. Learn more here: www.projectdragonfly.ca or www.facebook.com/projectdragonflyinaction
